Amethyst helped me calm down. Stress and insomnia are a terrible combination, and terrible to deal with. Within minutes, the race in my mind started to slow down. My eyelids were slowly going down. Since this is an indica strain, I was able to sit, mellow out and get a full 8 hour sleep.
