Personal experience has shown true headband to come in two verity's a greener more solid and consistent bud and on the greener side. This also has a sharp skunky smell and a mild skunky taste. The second kind is sparse and has a podular look , also is light green with yellow tipped leaf. The best way to describe the smell is puppy dog breath and the tast is as strong as the smell. To me this has proven to be the more effective strain for medical use.
